Waste reduction policy

At Kalba Football Association, we are committed to reducing the environmental impact of our operations through an appropriate environmental management system. This calls for a conscious effort at Kalba Football Company in the following areas:
• Reducing waste at the source: All delivery centers and offices must manage processes to reduce the amount or toxicity of waste produced. These measures include, but are not limited to:
 Print reports and documents, whenever possible, on both sides of the paper
 Use email whenever appropriate
 Give preferential purchasing consideration to products that are reusable, refillable, repairable, more durable, less toxic, and recyclable and which avoid excess packaging.
 Reuse materials whenever possible: All products and materials should be reused whenever possible
• Recycling: It is each employee’s responsibility to separate designated recyclable materials and place them in the appropriate recycling containers. Office paper, corrugated cardboard and aluminum beverage containers should always be recycled in an appropriately labeled container. Other materials will be recycled whenever possible and wherever containers are provided. Reusing is better than recycling
• Purchasing products with recycled content: All offices across the Kalba Football Association must purchase and use products manufactured from recycled materials whenever possible. In particular, recycled paper products should be used. It is important that all recycled purchases are reported to management for the purpose of record keeping and reporting
• Implementation: The Club will work to make recycling and waste reduction as convenient as possible. Active participation will reduce unnecessary costs of waste disposal, meet established waste reduction requirements, and will help Kalba Football Association fulfill its commitment to reduce the negative impact of its operations on the environment. This policy must be made available to all partners of Kalba Football Association
